Application
This unit is used in the beginning of SMT production line for tranporting PCBs from magazines to the line, it's a 90 degree type PCB loader,
its special for saving the space of factory.
Features
1, Module right angle (90 degree) design.
2, Very short 1200mm length, optional shorter 900mm machine length.
3.PLC control system , and the time of PCB sheet feeding is less than 5 seconds.
4.Control panel is LED true color touch screen.
5.The lifting power adopts single-phase gear reduction motor.
6.The lifting platform adopts aluminum plate machine plus parts, which is high in precision and not easy to change.
7.Upper and lower pneumatic clips can ensure that the bin position is more accurate and good.
8.The lifting platform is equipped with working sensor and limit brake, which double guarantees the material box.
9.Automatic detection of fault code display function.
10.Device status indication: three-color lamp with buzzer.
11.With anti-card board special anti-stupid structure to ensure that the PCB board is not damaged.
12.Compatible with SMEMA interface, can be connected online with other devices.
